Waiting for the Light

To those who read,
And thirst for words,
A warning I place,
Upon hollow sword.

These words you see,
These words you hear,
Are empty words,
In thine ears.

You may not concieve,
This poem most foul,
But I beseech you,
Turn back now.

You're already drawn,
Already placed,
In this empty mass,
In this silent space.

If you are caught,
In silent dream,
Do not speak,
Do not scream.

Stay in the darkness,
Hide from light,
Until mild hands,
Take your fright.


So much crap happens in this world, this poem is meant to hold many meanings for you. Wether you've had your heart ripped from you, or have had your world crash down around you. My hope is that you guys can relate to this poem, but I also hope, that you don't have to relate to it. Although, in this world today, I envy those, who have not felt pain.
